What we are asked most often

Anywhere. Within Austria travel is included; across Europe we bill flights, a rental car and two nights at cost. For long haul we talk the schedule through first — we come out for at least three nights so that we are rested and adjusted on the day itself.

A preview of around twenty images lands within 48 hours. The full delivery is ready after four weeks, the film after eight. Between June and September it can take a week longer — and we tell you that in advance.

Not necessary, but lovely. Most couples feel easier on the day once they have seen us work. A pre-wedding shoot takes about an hour and costs €450 — included when you book Photo & Film.

There are two of us, which already covers the smaller case. Beyond that we work with a fixed circle of four colleagues who know how we shoot and can step in at short notice. It has happened twice in ten years, and both times it worked.

Please do — tell us what matters to you. We only work with licensed music, so that your film stays online on any platform. If your song cannot be licensed, we find something together that hits the same note.

No. With many photographers you receive hundreds of unedited proofs after the wedding and then pick a set number — the rest costs extra or disappears. Not with us. We edit every frame that worked and deliver all of it, with no quota and no per-image charge. The only ones we drop are technically unusable: misfires, blurred frames, closed eyes.

Yes. With every full-day booking, and whenever you book photo and film together, we send you a box with a USB drive holding all the finished work. No extra charge, by post. Smaller bookings such as a couple shoot or a half day get a download link. We do not use an online gallery.

Two months from delivery. Within that time we will edit individual images differently or add ones you missed. After that we delete the raw files — from then on no changes are possible. So please go through the images early. The finished images themselves we keep for seven years, in case you lose the files.

Eighteen a year. In the early years it was considerably more — we deliberately take on fewer now, because we edit every film ourselves and keep the week before your wedding clear. Saturdays in June and September are usually booked a year ahead.
